These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aide30 platform ("Platform"), provided by Aide Academy LTD ("Aide30," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Aide30 provides an online platform that offers various services, including but not limited to educational resources, mentorship programs, and business tools.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You may submit content, such as comments, feedback, or other materials, to the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Aide30 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Platform.
The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Aide30 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform or its contents without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aide30 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
Aide30 reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
